I was absolutely excited when I received my #Vitacocouk parcel last week. Before I share my entry recipe here is a collage of the few recipes I was able to come up with using #VitaCocouk Coconut Milk Alternative.

This is a dairy and gluten free energy packed breakfast like no udder. I used quinoa, blueberries, banana, maple syrup and VitaCocoUk’s Coconut Milk alternative.
Simply boil your quinoa for 30 minutes (make sure it is well cooked) let it simmer and then drain the water.
When you are ready to eat your breakfast simply dish the quinoa into a microwaveable bowl.
Add Vita Coco Coconut Milk Alternative to your quinoa bowl and place into the microwave for a minute. After that, simply add your blueberries, banana and maple syrup.
Yummy, absolutely delicious.
