I really enjoy honest conversations with people and usually get emails asking me different questions from random to personal things, a lot of the times though, the emails are in relation to house management especially where expenditure/budgets are concerned…. So I decided to write down some thoughts and tips that I hope will be helpful to you and your family.

These are some honest thoughts and tips to help people struggling with budgeting, based on experiences I have learned from self and spending time with my beautiful friends.

*Many people believe the myth that they cannot afford organic wholesome food, but I am about to break that myth. I know food and living expenses are soaring high on a daily basis and it can be really hard for some but believe me; you can eat wholesome food on a budget and I will show you how.

*A lot of the times the people who ask me how do you afford organic food for your family, are people who have terrible spending habits and believe me I know that this doesn’t apply to everyone but the majority of people I have interacted with who do complain are people who have made certain lifestyle choices.

*I believe that when we learn to adjust and just tweak a few of our lifestyle choices then we can live a somewhat better off life, it may not be perfect but it will be good enough.

Here is a rough example on how to feed a family of 4 organically on weekly budget of less that £50.00 🙂

I personally mainly shop in Waitrose or on-line on Ocado hence why I have used Waitrose as my example.

budget list

You have 7 days in a week and 7 meals for each day 🙂
